Logitech has appointed former Creative Labs sales manager, Nick Angelucci, as its product and marketing manager for A/NZ to assist its push into broader markets.
While Logitech is a well established name, Angelucci said his role is to develop awareness of its a broader product range in the channel.
"Everyone knows about our keyboards and mice, but we're looking at a stronger marketing push and investment in branding for other Logitech products," he said.
Angelucci said Logitech hoped to have partners more dedicated to the brand.
"We're in discussion with a few of our partners about bundling and sub-distribution strategies, and we're also talking with some systems integrators," Angelucci said.
He previously spent eight years with Creative Labs, the last two-and-a-half years as sales manager. Greg Tolhurst has taken Angelucci's position..
At Logitech Angelucci takes on some of the roles previously managed by marketing manager Line Andersen, who has been moved to Logitech's European business.
