RSA Security overhauls channel program


In a bid to reward existing partners and bolster its channel ranks RSA Security has re-launched its SecurWorld Partner Program in Australia and New Zealand.

The new program is geared towards enabling RSA's partners to leverage the Internet and secure their customers' e-commerce transactions. New features of the program include additional levels of sales and marketing support, according to a statement released by the company.

Partners will be split into three tiers, determined by their geographic reach and security prowess. At the entry-level, Advantage Partners will be given sales, marketing and technical support through authorised RSA distributors.

National and regional systems integrators, consultants and VARs with a strong market presence and experience in deploying RSA products will benefit from sales leads, training, bids and proposal tools and Partner Extranet access under the Select Partner banner.

Global systems integrators, consultants and VARs with extensive industry experience will be eligible for Premier Partner status and receive support, a dedicated account manager and the use of RSA Security demonstration and seminar facilities.
