Kingston Technology showcases server memory

<p>Kingston Technology announced today that it will offer attendees of the Heroes Happen 2008 events evaluation units of Kingston server memory modules. The evaluation units will allow attendees to test how expanding their server memory can provide faster operating times and improved server performance.</p>
<p>“Physical testing remains the best way to see how increasing memory improves system functionality.</p>
<p>“Its not always easy to get your hands evaluation units,” said Vaughan Nankivell, Regional Manage, Australia and New Zealand, Kingston Technology.</p>
<p>The Heroes Happen 2008 event is the launch of Microsoft’s Next-Generation server software including Windows Server 2008, SQL Server 2008 and Visual Studio 2008.</p>
<p>A Kingston Technology information booth will also be located at the event, with trained Kingston staff that can assist with hardware queries covering server options for individuals and enterprise. Kingston Technology’s memory module expert, Vaughan Nankivell will be available to discuss how Kingston can provide a cost effective solution that will lower the cost of ownership in a server infrastructure.</p>
