NetApp Completes Acquisition of Onaro

<p>AUSTRALIA, Sydney. – January 30 2008 – NetApp (NASDAQ:NTAP) today announced it has completed the acquisition of Onaro, a privately owned company headquartered in Boston, Mass., under terms of the definitive agreement announced on January 3, 2008.</p>
<p>Onaro extends the NetApp vision and strategy for integrated data management and storage efficiency in the data centre. The combination of NetApp and Onaro offers enterprises the opportunity to plan and manage their storage capacity and service levels across multi-vendor storage environments. Onaro’s storage service management software makes data centre consolidation and migration projects easier to plan and manage, at a fraction of normal operational costs.</p>
<p>NetApp plans to further develop and extend Onaro’s storage service management software technologies and build upon the strong foundation that the Onaro SANscreen software provides.
