Check Point has released its new PureAdvantage channel partner program to drive revenue and reward partners.
Country manager, Scott McKinnel, said the program was a result of ongoing communication and feedback from partners.
Key elements of the new program were improved partner profitability through greater margins via a tiered discount model and secure margin program, he said.
PureAdvantage is based around four tiers: bronze, silver, gold and platinum. The vendor will provide access to Check Point certifications, incentive programs and co-op marketing opportunities. McKinnel said partners would also have access to a new set of sales, marketing and training tools along with pre- and post-sales, and technical support.
"They will also have the benefit of being designated as a Check Point certified solution partner, which includes a listing in our partner locator. The program is designed to reward our partners through increased commitment and investment," McKinnel said. "The levels will be linked to benefits based on achieving each requirement and investment in our products."
To move up the chain, partners are required to demonstrate sales and product expertise, meet a minimum number of technical certifications as well as demonstrate facilities and commitment to support.
