Multimedia Technology recently held its annual Expo in the Manningham Convention Centre in Victoria. More than 600 people registered for the event, which featured a large dedicated graphics stand showcasing the latest hardware technology. Also on display were two dedicated, multi-screen surround gaming machines, Quadro Plex visual computing systems, 3D and digital video editing machines and a massive eight-screen display run by two Matrox QID cards. Shuttle, XFX, Panasonic, Olympus, Brother, Samsung, Sony, Verbatim, Fujitsu, NetComm and NEC were represented at the event. Attendees had the chance to win a Navway GPS, NetComm 3G wireless router and Brother MFC-260 MFP.
