2007 Microsoft Partner of the Year Award Winner for Licensing

<p>Dimension Data’s Software Licence Asset Management (SLAM) solution recognised at 2007 Microsoft Australia Partner Conference.</p>
<p>Dimension Data has won a 2007 Microsoft Australia Partner of the Year Award in the category “Licensing Solutions, Software Asset Management”. The award was presented at a gala evening at the 2007 Microsoft Australia Partner Conference, held from 29-31 August on Hamilton Island.</p>
<p>“Licence compliance is an area of growing concern for many organisations and governments worldwide. It’s a complex, demanding and costly activity that typically consumes several weeks of focused attention from IT and purchasing personnel every year,” said David Gage, general manager – licensing, Dimension Data.</p>

The Microsoft Australia Partner Program Awards recognise Microsoft partners that have developed and delivered exceptional Microsoft-based solutions over the last year.</p>
<p>Dimension Data’s success this year follows our two awards in 2006, for Business Productivity Solution of the Year, and Custom Development Solutions Specialisation Award.</p>
<p>Dimension Data was also successful in this year’s Microsoft Worldwide Partner Program Awards, winning Advanced Infrastructure Solutions, Active Directory® and Identity Management Partner of the Year, and Advanced Infrastructure Solutions, Exchange Migration and Deployment Partner of the Year. These awards were presented in July at the 2007 Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference in Denver, Colorado.</p>
