KAZ opens data centre in WA

Since its acquisition of Western Australian-based Fundi Software 15 months ago, KAZ has opened a data centre in Perth to service new and existing outsourcing clients.

KAZ picked up a major new client last year in Wesfarmers CSBP and doubled its business with minerals giant Alcoa World Alumina Australia, company officials said.

KAZ claims the data centre will provide a platform for servicing prospective new business across all sectors and offers an alternative option to WA Government agencies when existing IT outsourcing contracts expire.
