Telecommunications franchisor, Telcoinabox, is looking to add more resellers and service providers to its existing base.
The company provides organisations with the equipment to run a telco business.
Managing director, Damian Kay, said it currently had just under 100 service providers and franchises on its books and was in the process of adding more.
"We've hit a real niche in the industry - if there is someone that has a large database and they want to become a service provider, they have to find a billing house, get Australia Post B-Pay merchant facilities, CRM and get it all together," he said. "We will give them everything they need to set up and we can make it live in one week. Usually if you were going to set up a telco it would take about 6-12 months."
Kay was also keen to bring on more resellers over the next 12 months who dabbled in a combination of full service fixed, mobile, DSL or data. He said the company had been going through a growth spurt. Telcoinabox was placed seventh on the BRW Fast 100 list this year.
"We're geared for growth and have big pipelines of customers coming on," he said. "We did $1.4 million in our first year and made $20 million last year. We will continue to build our business to be a substantial player in the market."
The company is now the process of launching an interactive website. Kay said it would allow businesses to assess its franchise opportunity through fully interactive simulations. It would also feature case studies, news and industry updates.
"They can automatically download their contracts and it allows us to manage our pipeline through our website as well. The current website is very old and basically an online brochure," he said.
