Intersell Helps Technology Resellers Build Revenues With Automated Quotation Tool

<p>Intersell (, an Australian provider of ecommerce solutions for technology resellers, has today announced the general availability of QuoteBuilder, a fully automated quotation tool designed specifically for Australian technology resellers.</p>
<p>Designed to work in conjunction with Intersell’s Techlink4u automated ecommerce solution, QuoteBuilder is delivered as a fully hosted online service. Developed entirely in Australia, QuoteBuilder has just completed a successful three month beta program, which involved 35 Australian resellers.</p>
<p>QuoteBuilder extends the functionality of Techlink4u by fully automating the process of creating professional product and service quotations for the technology reseller. Able to be accessed from any Internet connected web browser, QuoteBuilder allows resellers to automatically price a solution correctly, send the quote as an HTML email to their client, and offer a simple “click to purchase” mechanism so that the client can easily complete the purchase.</p>

<p>Techlink4u is a service that allows resellers to quickly open an online shopping site. In partnership with Ingram Micro, Australia’s largest technology distributor, the Techlink4u service offers a fully customisable online store which is automatically updated with product information. Resellers can choose from more than 25,000 products distributed by Ingram Micro when they populate their online store. Product photos, descriptions, inventory levels and pricing are synchronised automatically on a daily basis.</p>
<p>Each quote generated by QuoteBuilder includes a graphical button for the client to click when they wish to purchase the items in the quote. Clients that click the purchase button are automatically returned to the reseller’s Techlink4u shopping website, and presented with a shopping cart populated to match the items and pricing in the quote. This allows the transaction to be easily completed, enormously simplifying and speeding up the sales process for the technology reseller.</p>
<p>In addition, Techlink4u automates inventory management, online payments from customers, ordering, and greatly simplifies the business processes associated with selling products online.</p>
