Lenovo on track for Beijing Olympics

Lenovo recently completed the second of three hardware deliveries for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.

The company has now supplied about 300 servers, 800 desktops, 800 monitors and 70 notebooks to organisers. The details of all atheletes and event scoring will rely on Lenovo equipment.

By the time the Games start, the vendor will have supplied about 14,000 pieces of equipment to support 56 venues in seven cities.
