sanofi-aventis Pharmacy Division Chooses StayinFront CRM

<p>StayinFront Inc, a global provider of enterprise-wide customer relationship management (CRM) applications, decision support tools, data services, sample inventory management solutions and eBusiness systems, today announced it has won a major contract from one of the biggest players in the Australian pharmaceutical sector, sanofi-aventis.</p>
<p>The StayinFront CRM solution for sanofi-aventis’ Pharmacy Business Unit will aim to streamline business planning, activities and processes for pharmacy sales, customer contact and head office teams. The solution includes StayinFront CRM, StayinFront Analytics, StayinFront Life Sciences and StayinFront Marketing Center.</p>
<p>The new system will reduce administrative workload and centralise workflows.</p>
<p>StayinFront won this contract with sanofi-aventis based on its commitment to quality and accountability through the StayinFront Quality System.</p>
<p>The new win follows StayinFront’s 2006 contract to provide sanofi-aventis’ Pharmaceutical Division with an Electronic Territory Management System (ETMS). Prior to the Australian wins, StayinFront was already a proven supplier with sanofi-aventis’ OTC division in Italy.</p>
