Storage vendor, Iomega, has launched its new ioclub partner program, which replaces the Partner Resource Center program.
Country manager, Scott Dillon, said the Web-based program was designed to develop its relationship with partners and offer more resources than before. It provides access to products, training, technical support, marketing materials, an events calendar, distributor and warranty information, case studies and white papers. Distributors will also have access to special pricing.
"Previously we had a limited ability to have a direct relationship with our partners. Now we can be more interactive and advise partners on any special programs, products and updates," Dillon said. "We needed to find a way to effectively communicate with our partners."
The program would also offer access to sale sheets and banners that partners could put their company logo on.
"The website is going to be a work in progress that will be constantly developed, modified and enhanced," Dillon said. "Our objective is to provide partners with a resource to assist selling effectively and profitably."
