Improved website provides up-to-date information and drop ship facilities

Melbourne-based peripherals distributor, Anyware Computer Accessories, has added new features to its website to make it more user friendly for resellers and online retailers.

Managing director, Garrison Huang, said it now included a live data feed enabling partners to frequently receive updated product information, product codes, pricing and stock availability.

"We needed to communicate more frequently with them so they feel at ease when they are dealing with us," he said. "The website is more automated and they don't need to ring up to find out the information. I think it's very important to make their lives easier."

The website also includes a drop ship feature. This allows the dealer to specify the address for the goods to be sent for a small fee.

"They do not have to worry about getting the stock into their location then having to dispatch it again," Huang said. "We want to make sure that our dealers know that we have this facility and willingness to assist them in making their business better."

Partners will also have access to training and dedicated staff to help solve any queries.

"We want to make sure that resellers with an online selling facility can also take advantage of the capability that we have and be aware of the benefits we can provide," he said. "Our business is growing and our product range is increasing. We hope we can catch onto new trends and introduce a lot of niche peripheral products to the market place."
