C4 aims support package at Cisco users

Brisbane-based C4 Systems has announced a new support and professional services package for customers running Cisco environments.

C4 Premium is aimed at medium-sized and large organisations running critical Cisco networks Integ Group CEO, Ian Poole, said. C4 is owned by Integ.

Poole said customers of the Cisco gold partner had previously purchased professional services - such as design and performance audits - separately to annual support agreements.

Under the new scheme, professional service days would be built into the support package, enabling the customer to pre-pay and then call on any type of service from C4 experts as required.

Customers would be able to buy C4 Premium on a quarterly or six-monthly basis, Poole said, and unused professional service days would roll over into the next period.

He estimated the package would account for 30 per cent of annual C4 revenues in the year ahead.

"C4 Systems was built around is professional services capability," Poole said. "We see this as being very popular and complementary to what the business already does."

In addition to recently acquiring gold status from Cisco, C4 also received a gold star for customer satisfaction excellence from the vendor. It is one of only three local partners to have done so to date.

Rob Irwin travelled to the Gold Coast as a guest of Cisco Systems.
