<p>· In 2003 Tower was seeking to improve its contact centre systems in order to provide better services to its advisers. This was critical to Tower’s future success as recent feedback had shown that advisors were unhappy with the service they received from the contact centre and were therefore selling fewer Tower products</p>
<p>· Integ provided Tower with a company-wide telephony system, unified messaging and automated contact centre software.</p>
