The Frame Group's newly appointed national sales manager will look to deliver a broader range of managed services to medium enterprises as part of plans to grow the business.
Roger Barlow said the integrator had traditionally targeted large corporates through to State and Federal Government.
"We want to see where we can continue in that market, or if we can move more into the medium enterprise layer with managed services," he said.
To help fuel customer growth, Barlow said he is also looking to recruit about four sales staff.
"We are going to ramp up the business and we will bring a new sales team on broad to put more structure and processes into the business. These will take us to the next level," he said.
Alongside managed services, Barlow said application development was another technology area the company wanted to explore. "We want customers to understand the convergence between data and voice and between the infrastructure and application layer, which we are looking to expand into," he said.
Barlow previously worked for Macquarie Telecom as its business development manager for two years. He also spent two years as the national sales manager at Hostworks.
