Getronics has won a $7 million contract with Network Gaming to provide service and support for gaming machines across Tasmania.
Major account manager, Paul Tucker, said the extension of the partnership was an important indication of build-up in trust and understanding of requirements.
"We've got a strong cultural fit with the client and the success is based on how well we have delivered services in the past," he said.
Getronics has worked with Network Gaming for 10 years. The new contract will see it providing services to prevent terminal, printer and monitor outages as well as helpdesk support for more than 2000 gaming machines and about 200 Keno terminals for the next five years.
"It is absolutely critical to keep systems up and running because it is directly related to revenue generation," he said.
