Business-grade VoIP outfit, ISPhone Australasia, has installed former Attache account manager, Sean Maloney as its channel sales manager.
In the newly created position, Maloney will be the first point of contact for its 38 resellers in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide.
"My role is all about building relationships with partners," Maloney said. "I don't even bring a technical background to the role."
Sydney-based Maloney will report to ISPhone head of sales and marketing, Paul Fowler.
Maloney would play an integral role as the company looks to reach a target of 100 resellers within 12 months, Fowler said.
"We need to educate the channel that a business-grade solution requires support to match," he said. "Sean [Maloney] will be a conduit to resources like having engineers on call when resellers contact us."
ISPhone has also appointed Sam Liang and Justen Hess as specialist engineers within its network support team.
