WA-based peripherals distributor, J Mills Distribution, has added Anthology Solutions' Yellow Machine to its storage product line-up.
J Mills director, Alan Duncan, said it planned to primarily focus on the vendor's 1TB range.
"We will be appealing to a broad market and I expect the small consultancy type businesses can give the device the focus that it deserves," he said. The Yellow Machine would complement its Netgear range of networking products, Duncan said.
J Mills would also look to take on more SMB resellers.
As an incentive, the company planned to offer partners demonstration kits, he said.
J Mills joins existing Yellow Machine distributors, Tecksel and Cradle Technologies.
Anthology A/NZ country manager, John Robinson, said it chose J Mills in an effort to expand its market reach and cover more business opportunities.
"J Mills is solely focused on WA and it just makes sense for us to align with someone that has that type of focus and very close link to their reseller base," he said. "They have a number of complementary products in their storage line-up but nothing that conflicts with the Yellow Machine, so it's a good fit for both of us."
