VoIP wholesaler, ISPhone, has opened its second local office in Victoria as it continues its expansion throughout Australia.
ISPhone managing director, Gavin McDougal, said the amount of business coming in from its current five Victorian resellers and potential business from unsigned resellers were the catalysts for opening a Melbourne office.
The hunt is now on for a Victorian regional manager and staff to deal with resellers on a daily basis.
McDougal expected to put on 20 Victorian resellers in June. This would give the company adequate penetration into the end-user market, he said.
"We want to make sure our resellers have customers to work with. 1000 resellers who aren't selling your product aren't worth one great reseller who is," McDougal said.
