BRISBANE, May 17. Brisbane-based HRMS company Aurion has named two of the keynote speakers for its October 29-31 'Whole of Business HR' conference on the Gold Coast.

They are Boeing Australia managing director David Gray and Manpower director of recruitment and staffing solutions, Sheryle Moon.

"The conference has the theme: 'Whole of Business HR -- Initiatives for the Australian HR Professional'," said Aurion national sales and marketing manager Paul MacRae.

"We are delighted to have two expert speakers in David and Sheryle to address issues associated with that theme."

The primary goal of the conference is to highlight HR innovations, trends, technology and legislation as they impact the Australasian marketplace.

"The conference will demonstrate how HR is reacting to new ideas and technologies and also influencing corporate directions by developing tools and systems that benefit the workforce," MacRae said.

It will feature sessions and workshops on the latest innovations from Australia, including Software as a Service, Managing Multi-Generational Workforces, best practices and pro-active management reporting, web recruitment, reporting, analysis and visualisation tools, client case studies and a roadmap of the future.

"While the conference is firmly aimed at the existing Aurion customer base, it has obvious value for all HR professionals and we will ensure all delegates get value from attending," MacRae said.
