Aurion launches 'community website'

 • 11 May, 2006 11:04

BRISBANE, May 11. Brisbane-based HRMS firm Aurion has completely revamped its corporate website to deliver a better customer experience and significantly enhanced functionality for site visitors. The new site will replace the existing site at the same URL, on May 31.

"Our research showed a high customer demand for online services and the new site encourages online debate using forum posts," said Aurion national sales and marketing manager Paul MacRae.

"The 'community' functionality will sit alongside our existing customer services and support and it is structured so as to be very fluid. We'll participate in the forum posts by monitoring and mediating issues that arise.

"We'll use any client feedback and information as input for Aurion's new products and services team, so no doubt it will influence our development roadmap for new software releases.

"As far as the website itself goes, we'll edit and enhance content further as requests and new needs arise. The site will become one more 'touch point' for our system of customer contact, supported by the long-established Help Desk and Aurion Expert Consultant network," MacRae said.

Joint Chairpersons of the Aurion User Group in Sydney, Karen Willis
HR Systems Manager, Corporate Human Resources; NSW Attorney General's Department; and Martine Farleigh, Manager, Human Resource Information Systems Section, Department of Environment and Conservation NSW, commented on the introduction of an Aurion community forum:

They said: "It is important for all Aurion users to be able to access a facility that enables them to keep up to date on all Aurion issues. We look forward to using these new tools."
