Document compliance management company, AXS-One, in conjunction with its partner, Alphawest Services, will take its new customer roadshow to Queensland and South Australia at the end of January to help improve corporate understanding of document compliance.
Newly-appointed alliance manager for AXS-One Australia and New Zealand, Ginny Dimitri, said the tour had already taken in successful briefings in Victoria, NSW and the ACT.
"To date, compliance largely hasn't affected their businesses, but increasingly companies are realising that they need to take on that responsbility, particularly in regard to unstructured data like e-mail, instant messages and general documents which are growing in size on their servers," she said.
The briefings will be held on January 30 (SA) and 31 (QLD).
They are a key part of Dimitri's new role, which also includes the responsibility of maintaining relationships between AXS-One and its partners - such as Alphawest. AXS-One also works closely with Sun Microsystems, SAP and Xcellerate IT.
Dimitri said the company was pleased with attendance at the lunchtime briefings.
"We have been seeing about 20 customers at each session and we are reaching the CIOs, CFOs and CEOs who need to understand compliance issues today," she said.
