Contact management distribution specialist, GL Computing, wants to recruit more than 50 new dealers for major vendor partner, Sage ACT.
GL was specifically targeting telco dealers that sell Blackberry devices and call centre resellers, company spokesperson, Michael Lazarus, said. "This recruitment drive is due to some new additions to our product range," he said.
The products added to its new range include Handheld Contact, which is specific to the Blackberry device, ACT 8 and the Telesupport Help Desk.
"We are looking for resellers that can handle sales in both types of markets," he said. "This is beyond what the typical ACT reseller has been doing in the past."
Partners will be provided with sales and technical training as well as pre- and post-sales support..
"With these training programs we are taking a lot of the stress off the reseller in whether they know the product well enough to implement it," he said. Lazarus said GL was finalising incentive deals for partners.
