Systems integrator, Snapdragon Consulting, is recruiting more staff due to overwhelming demand for its Microsoft Customer Relations Management (CRM) specialisation, according to managing director, Guy Riddle.
It has appointed a systems developer, Michael Hoolahan, who has been tasked with creating a Microsoft-certified extension to the product.
"In the past 12 months we have experienced 100 per cent growth with the CRM system," Riddle said. "We are trying to make sure we have got efficient resources in the right areas and the right skill set to support the increase in market demand."
Hoolahan was previously employed as a CRM and SQL developer for Fuji Xerox. He was responsible for developing its CRM system.
In August, Snapdragon added a specialist consultant, Chris Kerin, to help bridge the communication gap between IT specialists and end-users.
Riddle said Snapdragon would be looking to recruit more staff and was also looking at the possibility of opening offices in Melbourne or Brisbane next year.
