Fujitsu partners with TeleGea
Fujitsu and VoIP services vendor, TeleGea, have announced a reseller partnership designed to assist telecommunications providers manage VoIP telephony. Fujitsu will become an authorised reseller and certified integrator of TeleGea’s VoIP delivery management software in Australia and New Zealand. Fujitsu Australia manager of voice solutions and telecommunications, Mike Montgomery, said the two companies had spent three months developing and evaluating prospects for the VoIP software in the local market. The deal with TeleGea’s VoIP delivery management solution would enable Fujitsu to help its customers deploy hosted VoIP services, grow subscriber numbers and reduce operational costs, according to Montgomery.
HP offers resellers a Service Advantage
HP has boosted channel support for its ProCurve networking products with the launch of a new partner program. The ProCurve Service Advantage program, will offer increased training, tools and support — such as white papers and implementation guides — to its partners. It will also include individual schemes, such as a rapid response for parts delivery service, asset disposal and recycling services, a partner locator, and various certification programs. Accreditations will be available for sales professional, consultants, integration specialists, systems engineers and master systems engineers. The courses will be available from July. “It’s about expanding on current training so partners can configure solutions to end-users,” HP ProCurve country manager, Gurkirat Singh, said. The announcements coincide with the release of several new ProCurve product offerings.
