Optima appoints General Manager of Customer Services

<p>SYDNEY, Australia – Optima Technology Solutions (ASX:OPI), the leading Australian computer manufacturer, has appointed Alf Santomingo as its General Manager of Customer Services, a newly created role designed to further strengthen Optima’s infrastructure and services portfolio.</p>
<p>Santomingo has over 15 years experience in managing technical and infrastructure resources, and eight years of proven project management skills. In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing the operational side of the Optima business and actively developing the services offered to customers.</p>
<p>“Optima’s competitive advantage lies in our ability to deliver superior value-add services to customers on a nationwide basis,” said Santomingo. “In my new role I plan to expand and improve our existing service offerings to ensure we continue to deliver innovative technology solutions.</p>

<p>Santomingo has held similar roles across a variety of industries, having worked for Knight-Ridder Financial Asia, Telecom Australia and Australian Associated Press. He most recently held the position of Program Director of Global Infrastructure Services at Unisys Australia, successfully expanding the company’s business into China, Thailand and Singapore.</p>
