Wright Move for Multimedia Contact Centre Specialist Lake Corporation

<p>Lake Corporation, a leader in Australian multimedia contact centre solutions, today announced the appointment of Stewart Wright as Enterprise Account Manager. He will be based at the company’s headquarters in Sydney.</p>
<p>Wright will be responsible for driving sales of Lake’s multimedia contact centre solutions across enterprise accounts.</p>
<p>Lake Corporation’s contact centre customers in Australia include the Westpac, ANZ, St George, CitiBank and Commonwealth banks, Guide Dogs NSW, IMB, GE Capital Finance, Optus, Southern Cross and retailer David Jones.</p>
<p>Wright has long-time experience selling contact centre solutions into corporate accounts. Prior to joining Lake Corporation, he ran an independent consulting business. Previously Wright was with Ericsson for three years as that company’s Enterprise Account Director, National Sales. Wright has also worked with Spectrum Network Systems (now Powertel) and TNT Communication.</p>
<p>Announcing his new, senior appointment, Lake Corporation founder and managing director, John Latreille said, “Stewart’s experience and highly successful industry background will be of significant value to us as we capitalise on the growing demand for integrated multimedia customer contact solutions”.</p>
