Sydney-based reseller, Logi ADD, has acquired services company, Adnet Technology, to boost its government sales.
The merged entity will trade as Adnet Technology Australia. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Logi ADD managing director, Stephen Borness, said Adnet's strong NSW state government customer base were the main attraction for the buyout. It provides a variety of products and services under a number of government contracts to local, state and Federal Government departments and agencies.
The NSW contracts involved the supply of HP servers and printers as well as networking services, Borness said.
"We want to continue expanding our business by acquisition and are looking for resellers servicing mid-corporate customers with 100 to 1000 seats," he said.
NSW-based single-owner operations with a loyal customer list would be targets for further acquisitions, Borness said.
