PROGNOSIS primed with VoIP and ready for take-off

<p>Sydney – June 17, 2005 - Integrated Research (ASX:IRI), developers of PROGNOSIS® precise performance management solutions announces a significant supply partnership with Prime Business Solutions (“Prime”), the UK market leaders in IP Telephony, IP Contact Centres and IP Video system integration.</p>
<p>Prime has recently signed a major network convergence project for British Airways (BA), the UK's largest international airline, and are developing and implementing what will be the largest IP telephony deployment of its kind in the airline industry. With this, Prime has chosen Integrated Research’s PROGNOSIS software as their preferred monitoring and management solution to optimise IP telephony reliability and quality of service for BA’s 14,000 office and airport personnel.</p>
<p>PROGNOSIS has now been chosen to provide the IP telephony management solution for both the world's largest aviation and largest airline industry deployments; namely Boeing and British Airways.</p>

<p>Prime is deploying PROGNOSIS to monitor a total of 8,500 Cisco IP phones with Cisco CallManager and Cisco MeetingPlace conferencing applications over a Cisco Ethernet network. Anderson said, “Although the BA project is scheduled to be completed in March 2006, the relationship between Prime and PROGNOSIS is set to provide significant ongoing opportunities throughout the United Kingdom and Europe”.</p>
