Alphawest won the Cisco Gold Partner of the Year award for Australia and New Zealand at the vendor's partner summit earlier this month. The company beat 17 other candidates including IBM, Logicalis, and Data#3.
According to the Alphawest, the award was based on a number of factors including client satisfaction, specialisation, skills and resources, and focus on continued support of its advanced and leading technologies.
"Alphawest is delighted to have been recognised for our level of delivery of value-added converged solutions with Cisco Systems," CEO, Garry Henley, said. "We have benefitted greatly from having a consistent national approach in offering solutions to our clients and a strong strategic relationship with Cisco."
