RSA Security strengthens customer service team by adding technical support skills

<p>SYDNEY, May 18, 2005 – RSA Security Inc (Nasdaq: RSAS) has strengthened its customer service team by appointing two senior consultants with international experience to broaden the already superior support available to clients.</p>
<p>Michele (Mike) Lucini joins RSA Security as a Customer Support Engineer working in the Advanced Technical Support (ATS) group, reporting directly to the Asia Pacific Customer Support Team Leader.</p>
<p>Mike studied computer science at the University of Fribourg, Switzerland, before joining Avantec AG in Zurich. He eventually became a partner in the company, as well as being an Information Security Architect and Head of Support. RSA Security’s customers will benefit from Mike’s experience as both an engineer and support consultant across a broad range of technologies including Sun Solaris, Free BSD, Linux, Windows, IPSO (Nokia), Check Point, Websense, Radware and TrendMicro.</p>
<p>Wendy Huang has been appointed a Customer Relations Specialist with responsibility for call/case management, the exception desk, RSA SecurCare Online administration and data management.</p>
<p>Wendy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Beijing Union University, China. She worked as a Systems Engineer in that country before moving to Auckland, New Zealand where she gained a Bachelor of Information Science degree, majoring in Information Systems, from Massey University. Most recently, she was a Customer Service Representative with Teletech International, supporting customers of McAfee Security and Telstra Bigpond Business. Wendy brings to RSA Security broad technical experience and the ability to support customers English and Chinese.
