Lexmark appoints new Finance Director for Asia Pacific Region

<p>Rebecca Norton expands her role from Australian Finance Director to AP Regional Finance Director responsible for reorganizing the AP finance team</p>
<p>Sydney, Australia – 14 January, 2005 – Lexmark has appointed Rebecca Norton as Director of Finance for the Asia Pacific region following a similar role with Lexmark in Australia. Norton’s immediate task will be to reorganize the Asia Pacific Finance team to provide tailored services to the company’s two product divisions. She will be based in Singapore.</p>
<p>John Kett, General Manager, Finance, Asia Pacific, said Norton would be a welcome addition to the regional team.</p>
<p>"Rebecca's appointment and other associated moves will provide Lexmark with a financial services structure that will be well positioned to support our corporate growth initiatives," Kett said.</p>

<p>Norton will report to Kett and be supported by two new positions. Neo Puay Pin will assume the position of Consumer Products Division, Planning &amp; Pricing Manager, Asia Pacific; and Cannice Lee will assume the position of Printing Solutions and Services Division, Planning &amp; Pricing Manager, Asia Pacific.</p>
<p>Before she took on her new role, Norton was the Financial Controller for Lexmark Australia for two years. Prior to joining Lexmark, Norton spent seven years as Senior Finance Director at Oracle in Australia. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Business from Charles Stuart University, and is a Certified Practising Accountant.</p>
