<p>Crown Castle Completes WorldAudio AM Radio Rollout</p>
<p>27 August 2004, Sydney….Crown Castle International today announced the Company has completed the deployment of infrastructure for WorldAudio’s (ASX:WAG) commercial AM radio broadcast network across Australia.</p>
<p>The nationwide AM commercial broadcast network, under the Radio 2 brand, has a potential population reach of 12 million.</p>
<p>Commenting on the completion of the rollout, Mr Udhay Mathialagan, Director of Strategic Development at Crown Castle said, “Crown Castle has been able to offer to WorldAudio its extensive infrastructure while streamlining the process to achieve a rapid network rollout within a cost competitive structure.”</p>
<p>He added, “This has meant that WorldAudio can meet the deadline set by regulatory authorities and commence transmission of Radio 2 on time and with a flexible solution that has been a truly cooperative team effort.”</p>
<p>Chief Executive Officer, Andrew Peter Thompson of WorldAudio said, “Working with Crown Castle means that we have completed an aggressive rollout and are now in a position to offer a national platform as a “one-stop-shop” for advertisers.”</p>
<p>He added, “This is a unique concept that has now become a reality and one we could not have reached without partners such as Crown Castle.”</p>
