Big rewards for HP resellers

HP has announced the results of its 2003 channel rewards program, through which 20 lucky channel partners won the platinum award — an African safari package.

A further 20 partners won the Gold prize of a trip to New Zealand.

More than 500 partners registered for the program, which ran from November 2002 to October 2003 inclusive. Participants were awarded points for sales of HP’s personal systems group (PSG) products and services.

Points varied depending on the type of products or services sold, and could be redeemed for a variety of rewards, including homeware, plasma screen TVs and digital cameras.

Manager for channel and customer marketing, PSG, HP Australia, Paul Robson, said: “The HP rewards program has been running for over eight years and is a multi-million dollar investment in the channel each year. It has proven to be an overwhelmingly successful program, which is why HP will be rolling out the 2004 rewards program next month.”
