How do you say thank you in style? Take a tip from Logitech. It took the best performing Harvey Norman proprietors of 2003 on a trip to South America, ending with in a visit to the Rio de Janeiro Carnival.
The trip was the culmination of a Logitech incentive scheme that rewarded Harvey Norman proprietors who secured the greatest percentage of business.
“We wanted to do something a bit different to reward them,” Logitech Australia managing director, Marco Manera, said. Unfortunately, Manera was unwilling to spill the dirt on any high jinks that may have occured during the course of the trip.
“Everyone was well behaved, that is all I will say,” he said.
Another highlight of the trip was a visit to Machu Picchu in Peru, the famous sacred hilltop fortress of the Inca.
Manera and Logitech Australia’s George Saad accompanied the eight Harvey Norman proprietors.
