It would appear that at least one IBM communications specialist is having trouble communicating, at least by e-mail. The spin doctor from the e-business evangelist made repeated attempts to send some "vital information" by e-mail to a deadline-pressed ARN journalist last week. After further phone calls and eventually faxing a hard copy, the journalist concerned mentioned the problem to an IBM partner who happened to have the required information on his desktop.
Hey presto, the other IBMer managed to have it on the ARN scribe's Notes window before the conversation had even finished. Perhaps IBM needs to use some Notes-compatible messaging software!
