Richardson heading up KAZ Technology
KAZ Group has appointed Andrew Richardson as managing director of its Technology Services division. Most recently a director of managed services for HP South Pacific and a director of global services for Compaq in the same region, Richardson also spent five years as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company. The appointment is part of a recent reorganisation that has seen KAZ split into three operating divisions, each headed by a managing director with full operational responsibility. Technology Services is the largest division of the KAZ Group, providing specific technical services and outsourcing for entire IT functions. But ASX-listed KAZ is still looking for a chief executive officer to allow co-founder Peter Kazacos to step aside and take on a more strategic role.
