Apple signs up D-Link for network products

Apple Computer Australia has announced a new partnership with network vendor D-Link Australia to provide a supplier and channel alliance.

Under the terms of the agreement, D-Link becomes Apple's Australian supplier of third-party network products for the Macintosh range, with products such as PC Card network cards, intuitive adapters and high-speed devices for seamless internetworking.

According to a statement, the Apple channel will sell and support D-link's product range this year, which will be available to the Mac community throughout Asia soon.

According to John Khoo, sales and marketing manager, imaging and peripherals business Asia-Pacific, the deal will provide Apple with solutions across a wide range of applications, including education and business.
