Ready to use, straight out of the box, the WorkPro comes complete with all the software required to turn any material shot with a digital video recorder into a movie masterpiece.

“The Australian market is in the midst of a technology boom, with increasing numbers of people recognising the benefits of going digital - digital movies on DVD last longer, digital video can be personalised and digital memories are easy to share via DVD and over the Internet,” said Joshua Carr, Optima PC Product Manager.

“Optima is facilitating this digital trend via our new Video Editing PC, which provides novice users with a one-stop editing shop, allowing them to maximise their material via a comprehensive range of features, including internationally recognised software. With this software 3D transitions and animations can be easily added, and objects can be deformed, twisted and rippled!

Intel Extreme 2 Graphics, which is also integrated into this PC, enables up to four textures per pixel, ensuring that users can view all of their work in sharp colour and high definition, and that all 2D and 3D effects are of a high image quality.

And, with an Intel Pentium 4 processor with Hyper Threading Technology 2.8GHz, all of this software is able to run quickly and efficiently.

All of this PC’s features support its dynamic video editing capabilities, including six channel surround sound and two piece amplified speakers for superior sound quality and a large 17” CRT monitor for ease of video viewing. It also includes 512MB RAM and a large 120GB hard drive for increased speed and memory capability.
