Software vendor Bendata Asia Pacific has released help desk and call centre software that features enhanced versions of its range of support management tools.
Called Heat 5.0, the software package includes Quick Start Wizard, which can install and customise Heat based on industry best practices and without the assistance of on-site consultants.
Other features include Auto Task, which lets support staff perform basic tasks such as adds, moves and changes, and Call Map, which provides a customer with a summary of the status and activity of a particular call.
Heat 5.0 runs atop Bendata's HeatBoard management platform that offers system-wide visibility to critical issues and allows multiple calls to be linked to one issue.
End users can also customise their Heat 5.0 software by using Quick Customise, an add-on that modifies call centre components.
