IT Facilitators' John O'Meara says he is so dissatisfied with the level of support he receives from both distributors and vendors that he often turns to his customers to help support each other!
"My customers are more than happy to help each other out. They all have the same problems and the same issues so I'll more often than not just take the role of providing the link between a customer who is having a problem with another who might have already gone through similar issues at another stage," said O'Meara.
"To do that I need to keep a very thorough database of the different skills and experiences in my customers' IT departments. Also, they really are willing to lend a hand because they know what goes around comes around and it could be them having the problem in a week's time."
