Great Plains this week signed a partnership agreement with Siebel Systems to push sales, marketing, customer service and e-business solutions for the midmarket through the channel.
According to Great Plains, a channel-only, back-office business management vendor, the agreement will see its 1400 reseller partners deliver a new solution, marketed as Great Plains Siebel Front Office.
The initiative is supported by a range of professional services, such as technical and customer training, consulting and customer support.
The companies plan to integrate Great Plains Siebel Front Office with the Great Plains Dynamics back-office platform, available exclusively from authorised Great Plains front-office partners.
