Gattari gets Internet fever

Comments

Tony Gattari, high-profile Harvey Norman general manager for computers and communications, will join emerging Internet company EISA.

Gattari, who announced he was leaving Harvey Norman last month, has signed a two-year contract with EISA which will see him take responsibility for content and e-commerce initiatives in the small and home business arenas.

Gattari said he had received numerous offers but opted for EISA, which is an Internet spin-off from Edge Computers, because of the opportunity to help grow an Australian company.

Edge has made no secret of its plans to soon list EISA on the Australian stock exchange.
