This is best demonstrated by the appointment as sole SCO authorised support centre for Australia in 1996, a move that Microsoft foll- owed by appointing the company as its first certified support provider not long after.
IBM recognised the value of the company's distribution network in 1997 and appointed it as the distributor for their RS/6000 servers. This was followed by IBM's Netfinity servers and then Citrix' WinFrame and MetaFrame products.
Today MUA's self-proclaimed focus is on Unix and Citrix software as well as IBM and HP server hardware. It employs just under 70 staff, has four major regional offices and operates as an SCO-authorised education centre, Citrix authorised learning centre and MS-certified support centre.
