CSC’s acquisition of healthcare IT solutions provider, iSoft, has been granted unconditional clearance by the European Commission to go ahead.

The NSW Supreme Court has dismissed litigation by RJL Investments against investor Oceania Healthcare Technology Investments (OHT) relating to a Pre-Emption Deed on shares held in iSoft.

Gary Cohen, the founder of troubled healthcare software provider, iSoft (ASX:ISF), has commenced legal proceedings against investor, Oceania Capital Partners (OCP). The action could delay the buyout by CSC.

Health IT company, iSOFT (ASX:ISF), has endorsed a $0.17 per share takeover offer from US IT services group CSC.
