In Pictures: Who are tech’s highest paid CEOs?

Oracle’s Larry Ellison finally ousted from the top spot on our list of highest paid tech execs. We count them down from 50 to 1. (All figures in $US)

Greg Brown, Motorola Solutions CEO and chairman

Compensation more than doubled last year for Brown, who leads Motorola Solutions. His $29.3 million pay package included a $1.2 million salary, $4.1 million bonus, equity awards valued at $23.8 million, and $259,132 in perks and other compensation. At the company, revenue climbed 8% to $8.2 billion, compared to $7.6 billion in 2010. Net income hit $1.2 billion, a gain of 77% compared to $650 million in the prior year.
