IN PICTURES: Networking professionals get connected at AusNOG-05

The Australian Network Operators Group (AusNOG), the community of network operators who work in ISPs, content providers, or other areas of the online industry in Australia, held its annual conference in Sydney to exchange of ideas, experiences and technical information regarding security. Over two days, various industry professionals gave presentations about the latest trends affecting the world of networking, covering topics such as Software-enabled Networking by Juniper’s Dave Ward, Connecting and Migrating to the NBN by NBN Co’s John King, Eliminating Excessive State in Network, Application, & Service Architectures as a Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) Defense Strategy by Arbor Network’s Roland Dobbins.
