Sydney, Australia – 5 July, 2012 – SugarCRM, the world’s fastest-growing customer relationship management (CRM) company, today announced the addition of 12 new technology partners in Australia and New Zealand that sell, deploy and provide support for the SugarCRM product suite. SugarCRM has now doubled the number of its ANZ channel partners since its Sydney office was established in June 2011, and has over 400 channel partners worldwide. The 12 new channel partners include: Baseline, Task Exchange, CloudTech, Holistec, Nexright, Genix, Evolution Marketing, Acceler8 and ISW who are an IBM Premier Partner.
Tony Hughes, Managing Director of SugarCRM ANZ, said the local expansion in SugarCRM’s channel partner program is an important component of the company’s aggressive growth plans this year. He said,“SugarCRM billings rose by 118 percent globally in Q1 2012 over the same quarter the prior year, and in Australia/New Zealand alone we experienced a 36 percent increase. On top of adding new channel partners to the mix, we will also be bringing on new employees to grow our business in the Asia Pacific region. We’re looking forward to keeping our strong momentum going.”
This news comes off the back of SugarCRM’s annual customer, user and partner conference, SugarCon, where gold partner, InsightfulCRM, was recognised as the Most Valuable Player in Australia and New Zealand.
Based in Sydney, InsightfulCRM is ranked as one of SugarCRM’s top ten resellers globally in terms of revenue and experienced with some of Sugar’s largest and most complex implementations in key vertical industry segments including higher education, financial services, manufacturing and professional services. Marc Englaro, InsightfulCRM’s Managing Director, commented, “We’ve punched way above our weight to be ranked as one of SugarCRM’s top ten resellers globally – and this award is a testament to Sugar’s strong commitment to its channel partners. Working with SugarCRM has been a very positive experience for us, and we’ve been able to successfully achieve our own growth milestones as a result of our partnership.”
